Resolved over 100 production incidents, 10+ defects and 2+ enhancements in the Guidewire Billing Center application, ensuring minimal QA issues and meeting all client delivery deadlines.

Monitored daily production and Spring batch jobs, validating records and promptly rerunning any failed batches to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production flow.

Faced with time-consuming manual monitoring, developed a Next.js/React-based daily monitoring tool that cut daily monitoring time by 75% (to 20 minutes) and reduced manual errors by 10%, saving ∼$7,000 per month.

Provided incident resolution, defect fixes, and monthly deployment support for Guidewire Billing Center.

Handled pre and post-production deployment activities such as stopping the batches and re-running the missed batches after proper batch verification, making sure production is not affected.

Automated batch verification across all centers (PC, BC, CC) with a custom JavaScript console script, reducing 2-hour manual task down to 5 minutes and eliminating 95% of missed batches.

Built a real-time Notes Management Tool within the client’s VDI to centralize reusable data and enable shareable access across team members.

• Developed and secured a 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 using 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮 and 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁.
